Q: What type of leases do you offer?
A:  We offer individual leases.

Q:  When do your leases begin and how long do they run?
A:  Our leases start in May or August and are 12 month leases.

Q: Do you allow pets?
A: No

Q:  Do you request a deposit?
A:  Yes, our deposits are the same amount as a month's rent.

Q:  Are utilities included?
A: Some

Q:  Is there wifi?
A:  Wireless is ran to the Triplex and Wayne.

Q:Is there 24 hr emergency service 
A: Yes

Q: What is furnished?
A: Stove, refrigerator, dishwasher,* microwave*, a/c *if applicable.

With the damage deposit we also ask for last month's rent.
